Refund Policy

At archKATect LLC, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, customized solutions for our healthcare clients. Because our work involves strategy development, branding, design, and marketing implementation tailored to each client’s needs, we maintain the following refund policy:
Project-Based Services (Web Design, Branding, Marketing Strategy)
Payments for services that are scoped and invoiced on a per-project basis are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:
- Discovery and planning sessions
- Design mockups
- Marketing collateral development
- Web implementation or deployment
If a client chooses to discontinue a project after work has begun, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion based on the amount of work completed, less a non-refundable administrative fee of 20%.
Prepaid Strategy Sessions or Consultations
Fees for one-time strategy sessions, audits, or consulting calls are:
- 100% refundable if canceled 48 hours or more in advance
- Non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours or after the session begins
- Reschedulable once with notice provided at least 24 hours in advance
Monthly Service Plans or Retainers
For clients on recurring plans (e.g., ongoing SEO, content creation, or social media management):
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered during the current or prior billing cycle
- If prepayment was made for multiple months, refunds for unused future months may be considered case-by-case, minus any discounts applied
Non-Delivery or Missed Milestones
If for any reason we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within a mutually acceptable timeline and no work has begun, a full refund may be issued upon request.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind or strategy after project initiation
- Delays due to client’s lack of communication, approvals, or asset delivery
- Perceived subjective dissatisfaction with design or creative direction after revisions are offered
- Services partially completed or near final delivery
Billing Concerns or Dispute Resolution
If you believe you were billed in error, please notify us at info@archkatect.com within 5 business days of the charge. We will investigate and work in good faith to resolve any disputes.
Final Note
By initiating payment with archKATect LLC, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted at https://archkatect.com/refund-policy.
